Shipping Information

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped on the next business day after they are placed. However, while we strive to fulfill all orders as swiftly as we can, please note that it may take up to 3 business days to ship your order, depending on the volume of orders and other factors.

In addition, please be aware that weather events or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as fast as possible!

Shipping Carriers

We generally use UPS for all shipments, however other carriers such as USPS, Fedex and DHL are available to use if requested (additional fees may apply). 

Options for UPS shipping:

  • UPS Ground: Delivery to all 50 states. Transit times are usually between three to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.
  • UPS 2nd day air: Delivers to all 50 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Transit time is two business days, weekend delivery is not available. This means if your order is shipped on Thursday, you should receive on the following Monday.

Lost Shipments

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, sometimes things can go wrong during transit. If your shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with Neighbors & Household Members: Occasionally, packages may be left with neighbors or other members of your household. If you haven't already, please check with them to see if they received the package on your behalf.

  2. Contact the Carrier: If the package status shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for more information. They may be able to provide additional details or assist with locating the package.

  3. Reach Out to Us: If you've taken the above steps and still cannot locate your package, please get in touch with us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve the situation.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

If you suspect your package was lost during transit, we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate this process.
