The star of the show, the main event. The Bow Horse™ Omik™ turnout blanket combines 1200D ripstop waterproof, breathable polyester fabric with an anti-rub lining and your choice of filling weight/warmth. This blanket was designed with ultimate adjustability, usability and comfort in mind. Featuring a fully adjustable, angled chest strap that allows the blanket to be customised to multiple horse shapes and sizes. The non-static chest clip and ring allows freedom of movement and helps to distribute pressure while the shaping of the blanket ensures maximum comfort and fit. These blankets come standard with leg straps, however PVC covered tail cords are available to purchase separately if desired. Compatible liners are available for purchase separately and allow additional warmth to be added to the blanket for cooler weather.
A detachable neck cover is included and features our Omik™ neck technology, designed to help prevent mane loss by reducing pressure on the mane, increasing air circulation and reducing the chance of over-heating hair follicles. The neck cover is easily removed and replaced with a sturdy velcro connection and alternate fill options are available to tailor the rug to multiple weather situations.

I am very happy with the fit of this blanket - very adjustable at the shoulder. The detachable neck stay off of my short necked horses ears. Highly recommend.
We never leave reviews, and yet here we are. We have several beloved therapy horses in our program who are warmblood crosses, and as a result, hard to find well-fitting blankets that don't pull on or restrict their shoulders, withers and neck. We came across Bow Horse and decided to give it a try for 2 of our hardest-to-fit horses and we are in love with this blanket. The front is so adjustable and does not put any pressure on the horse's shoulders, pull down from the withers, or add weight to their neck. The sizing and length is perfect for our curvy girls. The fabrics are beautiful and the quality is over-the-top nice. They feel much warmer than 250g and much more expensive than what we paid! We will be replacing all of our other blanket brands with Bow Horse as they wear out. Thank you!!
